When Honey Perribow traded in her cowboy boots for stilettos and left her small Kentucky town to attend Columbia University, she never expected to find a dirt-cheap apartment or two new best friends. No stranger to hard work, Honey is completely focused on her medical degree … until she sees newly minted professor Ben Dawson, and her concentration is hijacked. Honey is fascinated by her gorgeous young English professor and vows to find a crack in his tweed-wearing, glasses-clad exterior.

At an off-campus party, an accident lands Ben in a dark, locked closet with a sexy-sounding Southern belle … and their chemistry is explosive. Chase Me (Broke and Beautiful, #1)Chase Me by Tessa Bailey

Publisher: Avon Romance
Genre: New Adult
Release Date: March 17th, 2015
Pages: 272 e-book
Series: Broke & Beautiful

College drop-out, Roxy Cumberland, moved to New York with dreams of becoming an actress, but her dwindling bank account is quickly putting the kibosh on that fantasy. To make some quick cash, she signs up to perform singing telegrams. Her first customer is a gorgeous, cocky Manhattan trust-funder if she ever laid eyes on one. And what could be more humiliating than singing an ode to his junk, courtesy of his last one night stand? Maybe the fact that she’s dressed in a giant, pink bunny costume…

After a night out to celebrate winning his last case, lawyer Louis McNally II isn’t prepared for the pounding in his head or the rabbit serenading him from the front door. But the sassy wit and sexy voice of the girl behind the mask intrigues him, and one look at her stunning face—followed by a mind-blowing kiss against his doorjamb—leaves Louis wanting more.

Roxy doesn’t need a spoiled rich boy who’s had everything in life handed to him on a Tiffany platter. But there’s more to Louis than his sexy surface and he’s determined to make Roxy see it…even if it means chasing her all over NYC.

Review: Threefold Part 1 – Colin – by Sotia Lazu

Colin (Threefold, #1)Threefold Part 1: Colin by Sotia Lazu

Publisher: Acelette Press
Genre: Erotic Romance | M/F/M
Release Date: March 19th, 2015
Pages: 56 pages (e-book)
Series: Threefold

Colin Daniels is shallow, and proud of it. He only concerns himself with people who live up to his standards of beauty, and his best friend’s new girlfriend is found lacking. Becca is curvy, loud, and apparently all for public displays of affection.

None of that would matter, if Colin didn’t find her sexy despite his better judgment. When Brad asks for a favor, Colin has to choose between giving in to his desires and respecting the very few boundaries he’s set for himself.

Never screw your best friend’s girl. Or your best friend.

Note: The story is eventually m/f/m (and includes m/m) but this installment is m/f.

Review: Hard Knocks by Lori Foster

Hard Knocks (Ultimate, #0.5)Hard Knocks by Lori Foster

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Another great story!

Lori Foster has been on my auto buy list for years. Her stories are packed with emotion, filled with amazing characterization, and never fail to bring a smile to my face. Hard Knocks is a fantastic short read and a great lead-in for her new MMA series. I loved Gage and Harper and I am looking forward to starting Cannon’s story next, but I seriously cannot wait for Armie’s story. He’s such a fun secondary character and I am anxious to read more about him.

Review: Real by Katy Evans

Real (Real, Raw & Ripped, #1)Real by Katy Evans

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Saw a discussion about this book on an author’s Facebook page and couldn’t not download it to my kindle after reading the reviews about Remy. I have to say, after reading it, I am now right there with them. This book had everything I love to read: angst, romance, and some honest emotion. Remy’s issues were well handled, and though the self-published book did have some problems that could benefit from more professional editing, I enjoyed the overall story and the characters. I will read the next in the series as well. Do yourself a favor, folks, and give this debut book by Katy Evans a chance. I found it worth the read.

Review: Rules of Entanglement by Gina L. Maxwell

Rules of Entanglement (Fighting for Love, #2)Rules of Entanglement by Gina L. Maxwell

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I loved the first book in the Fighting For Love series, but this second book was Oh-My-God good. Jackson and Vanessa were perfect for each other, and the journey they took in this book made for an excellent read. I started reading this one as soon as I realized it downloaded onto my kindle and didn’t stop until I was done. I was sad to see the story end, but since it was a satisfying and perfect ending for the characters, I’m okay that it did. Sort of. Until I realized I need another book in this series of MMA fighters. Either way, I’m a fan of Gina L. Maxwell and will be looking forward to whatever stories she goes on to tell in the future.

Review: A Perfect Storm by Lori Foster

A Perfect Storm (Men Who Walk the Edge of Honor, #4)A Perfect Storm by Lori Foster

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Loved this book, these characters, as I’ve loved all of Lori’s books. The Men Who Walk The Edge of Honor series is among my favorites of Lori’s work. If you haven’t already, definitely check them all out. Each of them are well worth the read!
